My passion for photography pulses even more each time I find in Nature what I call the involuntary heart. There are plants, clouds, stones, holes in tree trunks, all heart-shaped.
This has become my way of connecting with the people I love. Whenever I see an involuntary heart, I photograph it and dedicate to a special person in my life. And the opposite also often happens: I receive involuntary hearts from my friends and family all around the world. From North to South in Brazil, from Chicago to Denmark, from Curitiba to Singapore and we remain connected.
In addition to celebrating Nature in its most diverse formats, the involuntary heart makes me pay attention to the details and serendipities of life. An encounter with a random heart is an inspiration for my perspective as a photographer.
